arrow2 Global English Study Tours

This once in a lifetime “English Study Tour” will include three (3) hours of learning structured English each day with a native English speaking teacher in a high quality classroom environment and many opportunities to practice what you have learned during these exciting day trips. Moreover, this study tour will provide international students more chances to learn English and gain a better picture of Malaysian life, its people and culture.

Study tours have been known to provide an opportunity for international students to experience Malaysian life and culture in a safe, friendly environment, and offer a “value for money” package of activities. With this “English Study Tour”, international students will have the opportunity to have hands-on learning experience as they will have the chance to apply what they have learned in the daily structured English instruction and practice their English as they will be given the opportunity to interact with Malaysians and so many other nationalities in their exciting day trips.

Global English Centre’s study tours aim to:

  • Utilise the natural environment and resources of Kota Kinabalu to provide the students with a cultural experience which will enable them to communicate in English and to express their thoughts before, during and after their many and varied experiences.
  • English language is the focus of the program, and it is integrated into all activities in and out of the classroom and followed up with classroom exercises. This is a unique study tour program in its variety of outdoor experiences that Malaysia offers the students.
  • Develop students confidence in using English for general purposes
  • Improve student’s skills specifically in the areas of speaking, listening, reading and writing in order to communicate more effectively in English in both formal and informal settings.
