Children’s Programs
The ability of children to learn another language is nothing short of remarkable. Every language has a particular set of sounds that babies are innately able to identify. The best time to teach a new language to a child is between birth and age ten. We cater to this important window of opportunity with language and culture programs for kids.
Research has proven that childhood is the easiest time to build a cultural foundation and learn a foreign language. Children can quickly soak up language and cultural knowledge while having fun. The easiest time for a child’s brain to learn a new dialect is between birth and age ten. It is during this time that a child’s brain has the greatest flexibility and is best able to make new circuit connections.Through contact with people of different ethnic backgrounds and perspectives, children also gain first-hand experience of diverse cultures and values. We see our children’s program as a key part in nurturing future global leaders.
Research has also shown the chances of children being able to speak without an accent is greater the earlier they start to learn. Furthermore, experience has shown how much fun young learners have and how proudly, confidently and naturally they practice their new language.
