Learning the English language is fun and easy with Global English Centre, an English language school based in the tropical city of Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.
Kota Kinabalu International Airport
Kota Kinabalu International Airport is located approximately 8 km from the city of Kota Kinabalu, the state capital of Sabah, and it is the main gateway into the state of Sabah and into Borneo. From Kota Kinabalu International Airport, it is just a short 15 minute drive to GEC passing through the city centre and the wonderful Kota Kinabalu coastline along the way. Students enrolled in Global English Centre (that have paid the airport pickup fee) will be met at airport and taken to the accommodation provided by Global English Centre. Taxis and hire cars are available at the airport for independent travellers.

Airport Transfers
Global English Centre provides you with the option of booking a personalized airport transfer service, available 24 hours per day. You will be met at the airport by one of our friendly staff and then given a short tour of the city on our way to the accommodations provided by GEC. At GEC we also operate a 24 hour emergency contact line, which you can call to inform us of any emergencies, or delayed flights.
Taxis and hire cars are available at the airport for independent travellers.
